Plots for the R package MCMCpack

The R package mpplot creates coefficient plots for regression models in MCMCpack. Coefficient plots are graphical representations of the results of a regression analysis. There are no dependencies beyond the graphics package wich is part of the R installation and MCMCpack (with its dependencies) which is used to to create these regression models in the first place.

The package is under development and new functions may still be added (i.e. the package is not feature complete at this stage). All the functions included should be useable for models created with MCMCregress.

The R package mpplot is open source distributed under the MIT License. It is written and maintained by Didier Ruedin.
